Founded in 2022, BlueTide has rapidly emerged as a trusted Smartsheet implementation expert, empowering organizations with smart, scalable Smartsheet-based solutions.
The acquisition represents a landmark moment in MindMap’s journey as it accelerates its footprint across India, North America, UK, UAE, Singapore, and Europe with a focus on no-code/low-code enterprise automation.

Existing BlueTide clients will benefit from direct access to MindMap’s powerful AI engine, cloud ecosystem, and proprietary business process optimization tools.

The transaction was advised exclusively by Sparrow Advisory, a boutique investment banking firm based in Gurugram.
